Remove the pits from the dates, chop them and keep aside. Heat a pan add sesame seeds and dry roast on low heat for two to three minutes or until the seeds turn light brown, then transfer them in a plate and let them cool. Set aside 2 sp toasted sesame seeds & place remaining sesame seeds in a mixie jar and grind into a coarse powder, then place it in a mixing bowl.
Next grind the chopped dates into a paste, remove from the jar and add it to ground powder and mix thoroughly with hand. Then add in toasted sesame seeds and mix very well.
Apply little ghee on your palms and take some amount of the sesame dates mixture and make into small lemon sized balls. Now healthy and tasty recipe dates sesame laddus are ready.
