Godhuma Pindi Dosa / Wheat Flour Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Dosa frying

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl expect oil and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add water and mix well to make a thin batter like dosa batter.
  3. Heat a tawa and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
  4. Pour a ladle full of the batter on the hot tawa, apply oil on the sides & cook
  5. When edges start browning, it is almost done turn over & cook other side.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
  7. Now godhuma dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with chutney .
