Grated Cauliflower Fritters / Gobi Turumu Pakoda - how to make Cauliflower Pakoda - Pakoda Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Cauliflower/Gobi Turumu
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- 4 sp Besan/Gram Flour
- 2 sp Rice Flour
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp crushed Coriander Seeds
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- chopped Curry Leaves
- enough Salt
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) and mix together, now add 1 sp hot oil and make a dough, if needed add little water.
- Heat oil in a pan, when hot take small portion of the mixed cauliflower batter and drop them in the hot oil.
- Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown in color then remove from the hot oil and place them onto a paper towel to drain excess oil, repeat the same process with remaining batter.
- Now grated cauliflower pakoda is ready, garnish with fried curry leaves, green chillies and serve, serve hot with coffee/tea.
