Gulab Jamun Recipe / How to make Gulab Jamun with ready made Gulab Jamun Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gulab Jamun Mix (Priya)
- 1 sp Ghee
- Water as needed
- Oil/Ghee for deep fry
- 1 cup Sugar
- 11/2 cup Water
- 1 pinch Ealichi Powder
- 1 pinch Saffron Strings
- 2 sp chopped Dry Fruits

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add ready made gulab jamun mix, ghee and mix well, then add water little by little and make a smooth dough. Keep aside for 10 mins with cover, after that make small marble sized balls without any cracks and place them on a plate.
- Meanwhile, in a wide pan combine sugar, water and bring it to boil on medium flame, stir continuously until sugar dissolves. Let the syrup boil for another 3-5 mins, then add elaichi powder and turn off the flame. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, when hot reduce the heat and fry them in small batches, once they turn golden brown remove from the oil and put them in suger syrup for 1 hour. Now soft and tasty gulab jamuns are ready to serve.
- Before serving the gulab jamuns, add fresh kova and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
