Kodo Millet Curd Bath/Arikelu Daddojanam/Kodo Millet Curd Rice – Millet Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 glass Kodo Millet/Arikelu
- 1 cup Fresh Curd
- 1 sp chopped Green Chillies
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- enough Salt
- 2 glasses Water
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Chana Dal
- 1/4 sp Urad Dal
- 2 Red Chillies
- 2 sp Oil
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- few Curry Leaves

Instructions
- Wash kodo millet/arikelu and soak for 5 and then pressure cook for 2 whistles and leaves it aside for 10 mins. Once cooled open the lid and transfer the cooked millet rice into a bowl and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled add curd, enough salt and mix well, if needed add little water and keep aside. Meanwhile heat oil in a small frying pan add popu ingredients and fry, add curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chillies and fry for a while. then add in and mix well.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well, now healthy recipe kodo millet curd rice is ready to serve, serve with any pickle.
