Ingredients

  • 6 Raskulu
  • 1/2 cup Suji / Semolina
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 3 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Crush raskulu and grind them into a coarse powder and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan add suji and fry until it gives good aroma.
  3. Turn off heat and transfer into a plate and allow it to cool.
  4. Once cooled grind the fried suji into fine powder, now add sugar, elaichi pods and grind again into a fine powder.
  5. Take a bowl add suji, sugar mixture, raskulu powder and mix well, heat remaining ghee and add into raskulu mixture and mix well with hand.
  6. Take small portion of the mixture and shape into ball, now raskulu laddus are ready to serve, its very tasty and mouth-watering sweet.
