Bread Raskula Laddu Recipe/Laddu with Raskulu - how to make Raskulu Laddu
Ingredients
- 6 Raskulu
- 1/2 cup Suji / Semolina
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Elaichi Pods
- 3 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Crush raskulu and grind them into a coarse powder and keep aside.
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan add suji and fry until it gives good aroma.
- Turn off heat and transfer into a plate and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled grind the fried suji into fine powder, now add sugar, elaichi pods and grind again into a fine powder.
- Take a bowl add suji, sugar mixture, raskulu powder and mix well, heat remaining ghee and add into raskulu mixture and mix well with hand.
- Take small portion of the mixture and shape into ball, now raskulu laddus are ready to serve, its very tasty and mouth-watering sweet.
