Potato Sandwich / Aloo Sandwich - Sandwich Recipes
Ingredients
- 4 Bread Slices
- 2 boiled Potatoes
- few Green Peas cooked
- 1 big Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 sp Coriander Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 sp Ghee
- 2 sp Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard, cumin seeds and fry, once done add chopped onions along with green chillies.
- Stir-fry until the onions are soft, now add cooked potato, green peas and mash it well.
- Next add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powders and enough salt, finally add chopped coriander, curry leaves & mix well.
- Cook for a couple of mins and turn off the flame & allow it cool, once cooled place a big spoonful of aloo curry on the top of the 1st bread.
- Spread it evenly & place the another bread over the 1st bread.
- Apply little ghee on the sandwich maker tray & place the stuffed bread & switch on.
- When done aloo sandwich is ready to serve, serve hot with tomato sauce.
