Lemon Poha Recipe / Nimmakaya Atukulu / Lemon Aval Upma
Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Poha/Beaten Rice/ Aval
- 1 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 2 sp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1 Red Chilli Crocked
- 2 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash well poha and drain them and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- Once done add green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder and fry for a min.
- Then add soaked poha,salt and mix well.
- Sprinkle little water on top and saute for a couple of mins.
- Turn off the flame and add the lemon juice to this, chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well.
- Now Lemon poha is ready to serve, serve hot.
