Masala Paratha Recipe - how to make Masala Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
- Salt to taste
- 1 sp Oil
- 4 sp Ghee
- 1 sp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 sp Ajwain Powder
- enough Salt

Instructions
- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix together, now add enough water and make a soft dough and keep aside for 10 mins with cover.
- Meanwhile, combine the masala powders in a small bowl and keep aside, knead the dough and make lime sized balls, press one ball and roll into a chapathi.
- Apply 1/2 sp ghee on it and sprinkle masala powder and fold it into half, now apply ghee and sprinkle masala powder and fold it again (samosa shape), roll into a triangle paratha and keep aside.
- Heat a tawa, once hot then place the paratha on it and cook on both sides with little ghee/oil.
- Now masala parathas are ready, serve them hot with fresh curd/yogurt.
