Mint Coriander Masala Chips / Pudina Kothimeera Masala Chips - Tea Time Snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose Flour / Maida
- 1/4 cup chopped Mint, Coriander leaves
- 2 sp All purpose Flour for dusting
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1/2 sp Garam Masala
- enough Salt
- 2 sp Oil for dough
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Grind green chillies, chopped ginger, chopped mint, coriander leaves into a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl add maida, ground paste, garam masala, salt, 2 sp oil together and make a soft dough with enough water and keep aside for 30 mins.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal sized balls, roll it into a big circle and making holes on it with a fork and cut into round shape like potato chips.
- Do the same process with the remaining dough balls, deep fry them until crispy and light brown, then remove and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil, once cooled store them in an airtight container.
- Pudina kothimeera masala chips are ready to serve, serve along with sweet and cool drinks or tea and coffee.
