Onion Curd Rice Recipe/Fried Onion Curd Rice/Yogurt Rice with Onion
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Fresh Curd/yogurt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1 Red Chilli
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- few Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped onion, green chillie, curry leaves and stir.
- Fry the onions for 2-3 mins or until soft then remove from heat and allow it to cool.
- Meanwhile, take the boiled and cooled rice in a bowl and add curd, milk, salt and mix well.
- Then add fried onion mixture, chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well and cover with a lid and set aside for 5 mins.
- Now onion curd rice/fried onion curd rice is ready, transfer into a serving plate and serve with any pickle.
