Paneer Paratha Recipe / Stuffed Paneer Paratha - how to make Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to knead
  • 1 sp Ghee
  • 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
  • Oil/ghee for chapathi frying
  • For Stuffing :
  • 1 cup Crumbled Paneer
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • enough Salt

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour into a bowl mix with enough salt, water, 1 sp Ghee and make a soft dough, let it rest for 30 mins with cover.
  2. Take a bowl and add stuffing ingredients and mix well and keep aside.
  3. Knead the dough well and divide into small balls, flatten one dough ball with your hand.
  4. Then roll out the ball into a small sized puri, now place the stuffing into the middle of the roti and close it from all the sides.
  5. Apply some wheat flour on both sides and roll it gently into a round shape chapathi.
  6. Heat a thick flat pan, once hot put the paratha on it and fry for a min and then flip.
  7. Apply ghee/oil to the top part of the paratha, again flip and apply the other side with ghee and cook.
  8. Once both sides are well cooked removed from the pan and serve hot with fresh yogurt or onion raita.
