Paneer Paratha Recipe / Stuffed Paneer Paratha - how to make Paneer Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- Salt to taste
- Water to knead
- 1 sp Ghee
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
- Oil/ghee for chapathi frying
- 1 cup Crumbled Paneer
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- enough Salt

Instructions
- Take wheat flour into a bowl mix with enough salt, water, 1 sp Ghee and make a soft dough, let it rest for 30 mins with cover.
- Take a bowl and add stuffing ingredients and mix well and keep aside.
- Knead the dough well and divide into small balls, flatten one dough ball with your hand.
- Then roll out the ball into a small sized puri, now place the stuffing into the middle of the roti and close it from all the sides.
- Apply some wheat flour on both sides and roll it gently into a round shape chapathi.
- Heat a thick flat pan, once hot put the paratha on it and fry for a min and then flip.
- Apply ghee/oil to the top part of the paratha, again flip and apply the other side with ghee and cook.
- Once both sides are well cooked removed from the pan and serve hot with fresh yogurt or onion raita.
