Phool Makhana Laddu/Lotus Seeds Laddu-how to prepare Phool Makhana Laddu
Ingredients
- 1 cup Phool Makhana
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Elaichi Pods
- little Warm Milk
Instructions
- Heat a pan add lotus seeds and dry roast on low heat till they become crisp and slightly golden brown in color, then remove from the pan and allow it to cool.
- Now put them in a mixie jar and grind into a fine powder along with elaichi pods and keep aside. In a mixing bowl add ground makhana, desiccated coconut and mix.
- Then add condensed milk, ground sugar and mix well. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of warm milk and mix it well, take small portions and make into small lemon-sized balls.
- Now yummy yummy phool makhana laddus are ready, it's very easy to prepare and very tasty.
