Poha Coconut Suji Laddu/Aval Kobbari Rava Laddu-Krishnashtami Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha / Beaten Rice
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup fresh Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- Little hot Milk
Instructions
- Heat a pan add poha and fry for about 2 mins on low flame.
- Then add suji and fry the mixture until it turns light brown.
- Remove from the pan, in the same pan and add grated coconut and stir.
- Continue frying until the coconut is light brown in color and turn off the flame.
- Grind poha mixture into a coarse powder, grind sugar also into a fine powder.
- Combine ground powders, fried coconut, elaichi powder in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add enough hot milk and mix very well, take small portion and make lemon sized balls.
- Now poha suji coconut laddus are ready for naivedyam to Bhagavan Sri Krishna.
