Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maida/All purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Kova/Khoya
  • 4 Elaichi Pods
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, salt and make a soft dough with enough water.
  2. Prepare very thin puris, and fry them in hot oil until light brown in color, let it cool for some time and grind into a coarse powder.
  3. Combine and blend sugar, elaichi pods into fine powder, now mix sugar powder, puri powder, sweet kohya and mix very well.
  4. Mix well with hand and prepare laddoos, puri kova laddoos are ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
