Puri Kohya Laddu Recipe - Kova and Poori Laddu - Diwali Special Sweet
Ingredients
- 1 cup Maida/All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sweet Kova/Khoya
- 4 Elaichi Pods
- 1 pinch Salt
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, salt and make a soft dough with enough water.
- Prepare very thin puris, and fry them in hot oil until light brown in color, let it cool for some time and grind into a coarse powder.
- Combine and blend sugar, elaichi pods into fine powder, now mix sugar powder, puri powder, sweet kohya and mix very well.
- Mix well with hand and prepare laddoos, puri kova laddoos are ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
