Puri Laddu Recipe - how to prepare Puri Laddu – Sri Krishna Janmasthami Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Maida / All purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 sp Ghee
- Oil for deep fry
- 2 Elaichi Pods
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, enough water and make a soft dough and prepare very thin puris.
- Fry the puris in hot oil till light brown in color, once cooled grind them into very fine powder.
- Grind sugar into fine powder along with elaichi pods, now add the ground powders in a mixing bowl.
- Add hot ghee to it and mix it very well and then prepare laddu, Shri Krishna Janmashtami special laddus are ready.
- Now tasty tasty poori laddus are ready to offer as naivedyam Lord Sri Krishna.
