Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
  • 1 small cup Ragi Atta/Finger Millet Flour
  • 1/4 same cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 sp chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 sp finely chopped Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put all the above ingredients and mix them together, then add enough water and mix well until a pouring consistency, now ragi rava dosa batter is ready, let it leave for 15 mins.
  2. Heat a non- stick tawa and grease it lightly with oil before pouring the batter, pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center, do not spread the batter.
  3. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges and pour a little oil in the holes of the dosa and cook till the base is brown. Then fold it twice to make it quarter circle and remove from the heat, repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
  4. Now ragi pindi rava dosa/finger millet rava dosa is ready to serve, ragi dosa is a healthy breakfast dish made with ragi flour and suji, serve hot with any chutney.
