Bombai Rava Sunnudalu / Suji Laddu / Semolina Sunni Laddu
Ingredients
- 2 cups Suji/BombayRava
- 11/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Elaichi Pods
- 1/4 cup Ghee
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a frying pan add suji/rava and fry on a low flame till it gives good aroma .Turn off heat and transfer to a plate and allow it to cool down completely.
- When done grind the fried semolina into a fine powder and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Grind sugar and elaichi pods into a fine powder, then add it to suji bowl and mix well.
- Now heat remaining ghee in a low flame and then add it to ground semolina mixture and mix the mixture with a spoon.
- Then mix well with hand and take small portion of the mixture and shape into ball, yummy yummy and mouth watering recipe suji sunni laddus are ready to serve.
