Roasted Chana Dal Powder / Putnala Pappu podi / Andhra Gunpowder Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Putnala Pappu /Roasted Chana Dal
- 1 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 sp dry grated Coconut
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take all the ingredients in a mixie jar and grind into a fine powder.
- Remove from the jar and store in an airtight container.
- Serve with dosa or steamed white rice and ghee.
