Roasted Chana Dal Powder / Putnala Pappu podi / Andhra Gunpowder Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Putnala Pappu /Roasted Chana Dal
  • 1 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 sp dry grated Coconut
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a mixie jar and grind into a fine powder.
  2. Remove from the jar and store in an airtight container.
  3. Serve with dosa or steamed white rice and ghee.
