Raw Mango Chutney Recipe / Pachi Mamidikaya Roti Pachadi
Ingredients
- 1 medium size Raw Mango/Mamidikaya
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 Red Chillies
- 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1/2 sp Menthlu
- 1 pinch Inguva
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash mango well and cut into small pieces with skin and keep aside
- Heat oil in pan add chutney popu ingredients and fry.
- Once done add green chillies and fry for 30 secs, then remove from the flame allow it to cool.
- Firstly grind the fried popu, salt, turmeric powder.
- Then add little water and grind, lastly add mango pieces and grind slightly.
- After that transfer to a serving bowl.
- Now raw mango chutney/mamidikaya pachadi is ready to serve, serve with hot rice and ghee.
