Raw Mango Chutney Recipe / Pachi Mamidikaya Roti Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Raw Mango/Mamidikaya
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Chutney Popu :
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 sp Menthlu
  • 1 pinch Inguva
  • 3 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash mango well and cut into small pieces with skin and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in pan add chutney popu ingredients and fry.
  3. Once done add green chillies and fry for 30 secs, then remove from the flame allow it to cool.
  4. Firstly grind the fried popu, salt, turmeric powder.
  5. Then add little water and grind, lastly add mango pieces and grind slightly.
  6. After that transfer to a serving bowl.
  7. Now raw mango chutney/mamidikaya pachadi is ready to serve, serve with hot rice and ghee.
