Red Chilli Onion Chutney / Endumirchi Ullipaya Karam - Chutney Recipes
Ingredients
- 8 to 10 Dry Red Chillies
- enough Salt
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 sp grated Jaggery (optional)
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Take a mixie jar and add red chillies, enough salt and grind into a coarse paste with 1/4 cup of water.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped onions and stir-fry for a while. Then add ground chutney and mix well.
- Add jaggery to it and stir, continue to cook for couple of minutes, then turn off the flame.
- Spicy endumirchi ullipaya karam is ready to serve, serve with tiffins or hot rice along with a dash of ghee.
