Palli Rice Recipe / Peanut Rice with Leftover Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Rice/Leftover Rice
- handful Ground nuts / Peanuts
- 1 Green Chilli slit lengthwise
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Chana Dal
- 1/4 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Ghee / Oil

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a kadai add chana dal, mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli and fry, once done add peanuts and stir well on low flame.
- When it become slightly golden brown in color, now add curry leaves, green chillies and fry for 30 secs, then turn of the flame.
- Add it to cooked rice with enough salt and mix very well, peanut rice is ready, serve with chutney or pappula podi.
