Semolina Orange Pudding Recipe/Suji Orange Kheer/Rava Orange Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice/Sweet Orange/Kamala Pandu Rasam
- 2 sp Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
- 250 ml Milk
- 4 sp Sugar
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- few chopped Dry Fruits
- 3 sp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat 1 sp ghee in a small frying pan and add chopped dry fruits and fry, once done remove from the ghee and keep aside.
- Same pan add the remaining ghee and fry the suji till it turns light brown and remove from the pan and set aside.
- Meanwhile, boil milk in a sauce pan, once the milk is boiling reduce the flame and add suji to it and let it cook on slow flame.
- When it thickens add sugar to it and mix well and allow it cook for couple of mins
- Then add in fresh orange juice and stir-cook for a minute on very low flame, now add chopped fried nuts, elaichi powder to it and mix well, remove from the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with fried nuts and serve warm or cool.
