Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 sp Oil for greasing
  • Enough Water

Instructions

  1. Grind onion, green chillies into a coarse paste and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl add ragi flour, salt, ground paste and mix well.
  3. Add warm water and make a dough, the dough should be soft like chapathi dough..
  4. Mix it well and divide the dough into balls.
  5. Place a dough ball on greased plastic paper and press with the palm of your hand into a flat round.
  6. Carefully put this in the hot tawa and cook well on both the sides on medium flame.
  7. Now spicy ragi roti is ready to serve, serve with fresh sweet curd, add 1sp sugar to curd before serving.
