  • 3 nos Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Jaggery
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder


  1. Wash and cook sweet potatoes on stove top or pressure cooker.
  2. Let it cool for some time, now cut them into small rounds & keep aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat jaggery with 1/2 cup of water and make a thick pakam.
  4. Then add elaichi powder, cooked pieces and stir carefully.
  5. Mix them well & remove from fire, let it cool for couple of mins.
  6. Now transfer into a serving bowl and serve them.
