Vermicelli Dosa Recipe/Dosa with Semiya - How to make Vermicelli Dosa - Dosa recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Semiya/Vermicelli
- 1/4 cup Suji/Semolina
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 sp chopped Green Chillies
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- chopped Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 4 sp Oil for dosa
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) mix together, then add enough water and make it into a batter, vermicelli dosa batter is ready, keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Heat a flat pan on medium heat apply little oil before pouring the batter, when hot pour a ladle full of vermicelli batter in the center and spread it carefully with back of the ladle.
- Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges of the dosa, once it's done, turn it to the other side, apply little oil and cook on low flame for 1 min.
- Repeat the same with remaining vermicelli dosa batter, now simple and easy breakfast recipe semiya dosas are ready to serve, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
