Semiya Halwa Purnalu/Vermicelli Halwa Burelu - how to make Semiya Burelu
Ingredients
- 1 cup Semiya Halwa
- 1/2 cup Urad dal
- 1 cup Rice
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Soak rice, urad dal for one hour and make a fine paste like thick dosa batter and keep aside.
- Prepare semiya halwa and make small lemon sized balls.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep fry, when hot dip the balls in the batter and fry them in hot oil till light brown in color.
- Take them out and place the purnalu on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Semiya halwa purnalu are ready to serve.
