Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi/Atta
  • 1 cup Gram Flour/Senaga pindi
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 or 5 Elaichi pods
  • 1/4 cup Ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind suagr with elaichi into a fine powder and keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add wheat flour and stir-fry until light brown color and good aroma, remove from the heat and cool.
  3. Add 2 tbsp ghee to the same pan add besan and fry until good aroma comes then remove from the flame, let it cool for a couple of mins. Now add sugar powder in to it and mix well.
  4. Heat remaining ghee and add in the besan mixture and mix well with hand, take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball.
  5. Wheat flour besan laddus are ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
