Yellow Cucumber Raw Tamarind Chutney / Dosakaya Chintakaya Tokku Pachadi
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Dosakaya Mukkalu
- 2 Sp Raw Tamarind Pachadi/Chintakaya Tokku
- 2 Green Chillies
- Little Salt
- 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Menthi Seeds
- 1 pinch Hing
- 3 Red Chillies
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- Once done add green chillies and fry for 30 secs.
- Then remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
- First grind the fried popu along with raw tamarind, if needed little water.
- Lastly add little salt, yellow cucumber pieces and grind slightly.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, now dosakaya chintakaya pachadi is ready to serve.
- Serve this chutney with hot rice and along with ghee.
