Yellow Cucumber Raw Tamarind Chutney / Dosakaya Chintakaya Tokku Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Dosakaya Mukkalu
  • 2 Sp Raw Tamarind Pachadi/Chintakaya Tokku
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • Little Salt
  • For Chutney Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Menthi Seeds
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan add popu ingredients and fry.
  2. Once done add green chillies and fry for 30 secs.
  3. Then remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
  4. First grind the fried popu along with raw tamarind, if needed little water.
  5. Lastly add little salt, yellow cucumber pieces and grind slightly.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, now dosakaya chintakaya pachadi is ready to serve.
  7. Serve this chutney with hot rice and along with ghee.
