Ingredients

  • 2 sp Suji/Semolina/Rava
  • 2 sp Grated Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • few chopped Dry Fruits
  • 3 sp Ghee

Instructions

Heat ghee in a pan add chopped cashew nuts, raisins and stir-fry for 30 secs, then remove from the pan to a plate and keep aside.  Add suji to the same pan and roast for a couple of mins, then add in grated carrot and mix well, keep stirring for a while. Then turn off the flame and keep aside.

Boil milk in a bowl, once boiled add fried semolina/rava, carrot mixture into boiling milk and cook till soft then add sugar and stir it well, continue to cook for about 2 mins on low flame. Lastly add elaichi powder, fried dry fruits and mix well. Now yummy yummy suji carrot kheer is ready.

Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
