Cabbage Raita Recipe/Cabbage Perugu Pachadi/Patta Gobhi Yogurt Chutney - Raita recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Yogurt/Curd
- 1 small cup grated Cabbage/Cabbage Turumu
- 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
- 1 sp finely chopped Ginger
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Cumin Powder
- 1 pinch Red Chilli Powder
- 1 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
For Garnishing :
Instructions
- Add grated cabbage, chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt to yogurt/curd and mix well. Sprinkle a pinch of cumin powder, red chilli powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with cool or normal.
