Cabbage Raita Recipe/Cabbage Perugu Pachadi/Patta Gobhi Yogurt Chutney - Raita recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 small cup grated Cabbage/Cabbage Turumu
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 sp finely chopped Ginger
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • For Garnishing :
  • 1 pinch Cumin Powder
  • 1 pinch Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 sp chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. Add grated cabbage, chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt to yogurt/curd and mix well. Sprinkle a pinch of cumin powder, red chilli powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with cool or normal.
