Drumstick Milk Curry / Munakkaya Palu Posina Kura
Ingredients
- 1 Drumstick / Munakkaya
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 Onion chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and cut munakkaya into 2 inches pieces, heat oil in a fry pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- Add green chillies, curry leaves, onions and stir-fry until the onions are tender.
- Now add drumstick pieces, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry for a min, then add 1/2 cup of water and cook with cover, keep stirring in between.
- Once the drumstick pieces are cooked well, add milk and stir well, let it cook on low flame till the milk is absorbed in the curry.
- Now munakkaya palu posina kura is ready to serve, serve with hot rice.
