Radish Porial Recipe / Mullangi Kobbari Kura / Radish Coconut Fry
Ingredients
- 2 nos Radish
- fistful fresh Coconut Pieces
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chillli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash, peel radish and cut into small pieces. Pressure cook radish pieces along with salt and turmeric powder.
- In the meantime, blend coconut pieces, green chillies, cumin seeds into a course powder.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, cooked radish pieces and stir well.
- Then add ground coconut green chilli mixture and mix well, cover and cook for a minute on low flame. Turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now Mullangi kobbari kura/radish porial is ready to serve, serve with hot rice.
