Rava Salt Undrallu Recipe / Suji Undrallu – Vinayaka Chavithi Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Suji / Semolina / Bombai Rava
- 2 sp soaked Moong Dal
- 2 sp Fresh Coconut (grated)
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 2 sp Ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a bowl add suji, grated coconut, soaked moong dal, cumin seeds, salt, 1 sp ghee and mix it well, add enough water to make a soft dough.
- Take the dough and make small balls, place them on a greased plate and apply little ghee all over them.
- Heat water in a steel bowl and place the undrallu plate on it, cover and steam cook for 12 to 15 mins or until the undrallu are done.
- When done turn off the flame and keep it covered for 1 min then transfer to a serving platter and offer them for naivedyam to Lord Ganesha.
