Cabbage Beans Curry with Ginger Green Chilli / Cabbage Green Beans Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1 cup chopped Beans
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1" Ginger Piece
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash the cabbage, green beans and cook two separate bowls and strain them.
- Meantime, grind green chillies, ginger into a coarse paste and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves and stir.
- Then add cooked cabbage, beans, turmeric power, salt and stir well, cook for 1-2 mins on medium flame.
- Now add ground ginger, green chilli paste and mix very well, let it cook for couple of mins on low flame.
- Turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, cabbage, beans curry is ready to serve, serve hot with rice or roti.
