Cabbage Beans Curry with Ginger Green Chilli / Cabbage Green Beans Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped Beans
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1" Ginger Piece
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the cabbage, green beans and cook two separate bowls and strain them.
  2. Meantime, grind green chillies, ginger into a coarse paste and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves and stir.
  4. Then add cooked cabbage, beans, turmeric power, salt and stir well, cook for 1-2 mins on medium flame.
  5. Now add ground ginger, green chilli paste and mix very well, let it cook for couple of mins on low flame.
  6. Turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, cabbage, beans curry is ready to serve, serve hot with rice or roti.
