Spinach Onion Curry / Palak Ullipaya Kura - how to prepare Palak Onion Curry
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped Spinach/Palak
- 1 big Onion chopped
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- Clean, wash the palak leaves and chop them finely. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chillies, onions and fry-cook until the onions are tender.
- Then add chopped palak, turmeric powder and stir well, cook on medium flame for a couple of mins (don't sprinkle water). Add salt and mix well, cook on low flame till the curry is done, then remove from the heat.
- Now healthy recipe palak onion curry is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice or roti.
