Beans Masala Curry Recipe / Green Beans Gravy Curry
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Beans
- 2 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 sp grated Coconut
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 sp Popy seeds
- 1/2 sp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and cut beans into small pieces and cook with salt and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, combine ginger garlic paste, coconut, popy seeds, red chilli powder and grind into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, onion and green chilli pieces and stir well.
- When the onions are translucent then add in chopped tomato, ground paste, turmeric powder and mix it well.,
- Fry it on low flame until the raw smell goes, now add cooked beans and stir, sprinkle little water and cook. Cook it on low flame for a couple of mins then turn of the heat and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now Beans masala curry is ready to serve, serve with rice or roti.
