Masala Rice with Carrot and Beans / Spicy Carrot Beans Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  • 5 Beans chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • 2 sp Peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Masala Curry Powder
  • 4 sp Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine carrot, beans and pressure cook with a pinch of salt and allow it to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, red chilli, peanuts and fry for a min.
  3. Add in turmeric powder, curry leaves and fry for while, then add cooked vegetables and fry for a couple of mins on low flame.
  4. Then add cooked rice, masala curry powder, salt and mix it very well, cook on low flame for a couple of mins with cover.
  5. After that turn of heat and transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Now spicy carrot beans masala rice is ready, serve hot with fresh curd.
