Bottle Gourd Laddu Recipe / Louki Laddu / Sorakaya Laddu Microwave Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bottle Gourd Pieces
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 sp Milk Powder
- 4 sp Ghee
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
Instructions
- Wash, peel bottle gourd and cut into small pieces and grind them into a smooth paste & place it in the juice strainer.
- Let it leave for 10 mins, then take a microwave safe bowl and add ghee, bottle gourd paste.
- Set the time for 3 mins and keep checking in between, when the raw smell goes add sugar & set again 5 mins for cooking.
- Stirring between time to time, after 5 mins take away from the oven, then add milk powder, elaichi powder and stir well with out lumps .
- Again place it for 4 mins, keep mixing in between, after that switch of the plug, allow it to stand for 2-3 mins.
- When it cool take a small portion of the dough & shape into ball, bottle gourd laddu are ready, store them in an airtight container.
