Ingredients
1 cup grated Beetroot
1 Onion chopped
2 Green Chillies chopped
1 pinch Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
For Popu :
1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
1/2 sp Chana Dal
1/2 sp Urad Dal
1 Red Chilli crocked
Curry Leaves
2 sp Oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chillies, chopped onion, curry leaves and stir. Fry them till the onions become soft.
Then add grated beetroot, turmeric powder, salt and stir, sprinkle a very little water and mix very well.
Cover with a lid and cook on medium flame until the curry is completely done, then remove the lid and let it fry for a min.
Now beetroot onion curry is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with rice and roti.
