Simple Bhindi Fry / Bendakaya Kura / Lady’s Finger Stir Fry / Okra Fry Curry
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Bendakayalu/Okra
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash, clean bendakayalu with a kitchen cloth without moisture. Then cut into small pieces and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, when done add curry leaves and stir.
- Add chopped okra pieces and stir-fry, then add turmeric powder and fry for 5 mins, add in enough salt and stir well. Fry it for a couple of mins on low - medium flame until done.
- When done add red chilli powder and fry for a min, turn of the heat and transfer into a serving bowl. Now simple and easy bhindi fry is ready, serve hot along with sambar and rasam.
