Carrot Green Peas Coconut Fry Curry/Carrot Matter Coconut Curry/Carrot Pachi Batani Kobbari Kura

Ingredients

  • 2 no Carrots
  • handful Green Peas
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • fistful Fresh Coconut Pieces
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1" Ginger chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil
  • Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel carrots and cut into small pieces and cook along with enough salt and turmeric powder and strain. Meanwhile, grind coconut, green chillies, ginger into a coarse paste and keep it aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients & fry, once done add the curry leaves, green peas to the pan and stir, sprinkle little water and cook with a lid.

  5. When the peas are soft then add cooked carrots and stir, now add ground coconut mixture and mix very well. Cook on low flame for a couple of mins then turn off the flame & transfer into a serving bowl.
  6. Carrot green peas coconut curry is ready, serve it with rice or roti.
