Sorakaya Gujju Pachadi / Bottle Gourd Inner Flesh Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Sorakaya Inner Flesh
- 1/2 Lime Size Tamarind
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 3 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Coriander seeds
- 1/2 sp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 sp Methi seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 3 Red Chillies
- 1 pinch Hing
- 4 sp Oil
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 1 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat 2 sp oil in a pan add chutney popu ingredients and fry, once done remove from the pan.
- Add 2 sp oil in the same pan add bottle gourd flesh, green chillies, washed tamarind, turmeric powder and fry until the pieces are soft, then remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled grind fried chutney popu, green chillies, salt and tamarind, if needed add little water, next add bottle gourd pieces and grind slightly.
- Heat 1 sp oil in a small frying pan add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and fry, when done add it to ground chutney and mix well.
- Now Sorakaya pachadi is ready to serve, serve with rice or dosa or roti.
