Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 4 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind sugar with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add wheat flour and stir-fry until light brown color and good aroma.
  3. Then turn off the flame and transfer to a mixing bowl and add sugar powder, remaining warm ghee and mix well with hand.
  4. Take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball, now wheat flour laddus are ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
