Wheat Flour Laddu Recipe / Godhuma Pindi Laddu / Atta Laddu - Laddu Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Elaichi Pods
- 4 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Grind sugar with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add wheat flour and stir-fry until light brown color and good aroma.
- Then turn off the flame and transfer to a mixing bowl and add sugar powder, remaining warm ghee and mix well with hand.
- Take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball, now wheat flour laddus are ready to serve, store them in an airtight container.
