Coconut Laddu / Kobbari Louz with Sugar / Kobbari Laddu – Laddu recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Fresh Coconut
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 sp Ealichi Powder(optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate coconut from the shell without brown skin and keep aside. Combine sugar and water in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat & bring it to a boil, once the sugar dissolves completely, then add grated coconut and mix together.
  2. Keep stirring till the coconut mixture is slightly thick, then remove from the flame, mash it well and allow to cool for a couple of mins. Once cooled, mix thoroughly with hand, take some amount of the coconut mixture and make into small lemon sized balls. Now coconut laddus/kobbari louz are ready, store them in an airtight container.
