Jonna Atukulu Daddojanam Recipe/Jowar Flakes Curd Bath - Krishnashtami Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Jonna Atukulu/Jowar Flakes
- 1 cup fresh Curd
- 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 2 inches Ginger finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil
- 2 sp pomegranate
- Tulasidalam / Basil Leaves

Instructions
- Wash and soak jowar flakes in water for 1 min and squeeze out all the water and keep aside in a plate.
- Take 1 cup fresh curd in a mixing bowl add salt, water and whisk well, add squeezed jonna atukulu and mix.
- Heat oil in a small frying add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chilies and stir for 30 sec.
- Add it to mixing bowl and mix well, transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with pomegranate and basil leave.
- Now jona atukulu daddojanam is ready, offer it as naivedyam to Lord Sri krishna on this janmashtami occasion.
