Jowar Peanut Laddu Recipe / Jonna Pindi Palli Laddu - Laddu Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
- 1 cup grated Jaggery
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1 sp Elaichi Powder
- 2 or 3 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Grind groundnuts coarsely after removal of the skin and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan add jowar flour and fry on medium flame.
- Fry until light brown in color and good aroma, then remove from the pan.
- Mix grated jaggery, fried jowar flour thoroughly and grind it in the mixer for 1 min.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add elaichi powder, ground peanut powder.
- Mix well with hand and take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball.
- Now healthy jowar palli laddus are ready and store them in an airtight container.
