Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
  • 1 cup grated Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 sp Elaichi Powder
  • 2 or 3 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind groundnuts coarsely after removal of the skin and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add jowar flour and fry on medium flame.
  3. Fry until light brown in color and good aroma, then remove from the pan.
  4. Mix grated jaggery, fried jowar flour thoroughly and grind it in the mixer for 1 min.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add elaichi powder, ground peanut powder.
  6. Mix well with hand and take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball.
  7. Now healthy jowar palli laddus are ready and store them in an airtight container.
