
Simple and Easy Coriander Rice Recipe / Kothimeera Pulihora
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup cooked Rice/Leftover Rice
- 1/2 cup chopped Kothimeera
- 4 Green Chillies chopped Lengthwise
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- fistful Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
- 2 dry Red Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- 4 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add peanuts and fry, when done remove from the pan and keep aside.
- In the same pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chillies, curry leaves and stir.
- Then add chopped coriander, turmeric powder and stir well, cook on low flame for about 3 to 4 mins on low flame, next add peanuts and stir.
- Then add cooked rice, salt and mix it very well, now kothimeera rice is ready to serve, serve hot with raita.
